Logistics Team Leader Vijfhuizen

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the warehouse floor? Do you know how to motivate employees and keep logistics operations running smoothly? Then we are looking for you as a logistics team leader in Vijfhuizen. As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of operational employees on a daily basis. You will drive quality, safety, and performance, coach your team, and ensure operations run efficiently.

Where will you be working?

You will work closely with fellow team leaders and Depot Management. You will work in a continuous shift pattern, and during the recruitment process we will discuss which shifts best suit your situation. Examples of shifts include:

• 00:00 - 08:30 (Inbound)

• 23:00 - 07:30 (Inbound)

• 07:00 - 15:30 (Day Shift)

• 14:00 - 22:30 (Outbound/Support)

• 14:30 - 23:00 (Outbound)

• 16:00 - 00:30 (Shop2Shop)

In addition, you are willing to work occasional Saturdays when required by the operation.

What will you do?

• Lead, coach, and develop employees.

• Coordinate daily logistics operations.

• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity.

• Drive KPI performance and operational results.

• Implement process improvements.

• Conduct performance, appraisal, and absence-related discussions.

• Ensure optimal staffing levels.

What do we offer you?

• A salary between €2,931.25 and €4,187.50 gross per month depending on knowledge and experience.

• A position of 38.75 hours per week.

• A favorable ORT scheme where applicable.

  • 30% between 20:00 and 24:00.

  • 45% between 00:00 and 06:00.

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • 100% on public holidays.

What do you bring?

• MBO+/HBO level of education.

• Experience as a team leader, supervisor, or coordinator.

• Logistics or operational experience.

• Good command of the English language.

• Willingness to work in irregular shifts.

• Strong communication skills.

• A coaching and results-oriented attitude.
