As a logistics team leader at DPD in Oirschot, you and your team ensure that our operation runs smoothly around the clock. Where will you work?

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and fellow Team Leaders at our depot in Oirschot. You will lead a team of approximately 35 employees, consisting of permanent staff and temporary workers. Together, you ensure a safe, efficient, and successful operation. You will work in a three-shift rotation:

• 07:00 AM - 02:00 PM

• 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

• 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM

What will you do?

At the start of your shift, you review the planning and allocate tasks. Throughout the shift, you oversee operations, support and coach employees, and ensure the process runs safely and efficiently. At the end of your shift, you provide a thorough handover to the next team.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate employees.

• Coordinate daily logistics operations.

• Monitor planning, quality, and productivity.

• Track KPIs and implement improvements.

• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.

• Ensure a safe working environment.

What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary between €2,931.25 and €4,187.50, depending on your knowledge and experience.

• A full-time position of 38.75 hours per week.

• Attractive shift allowances:

  • 30% between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM;

  • 45% between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM;

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays;

  • 100% on public holidays.

What do you bring?

• MBO-level working and thinking ability, preferably in logistics.

• Experience in a logistics environment and in leading employees.

• Good command of Dutch or English.

• A proactive, resilient, and coaching mindset.

• Willingness to work in a three-shift schedule.

• Experience with LEAN, temporary workforce management, or a 24/7 operation is an advantage.
