Logistics team leader Beverwijk

Then we are looking for you as a Logistics Team Leader in Beverwijk. As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of operational employees on a daily basis. You ensure a safe and efficient operation, drive performance, and help your team get the best out of every working day.

Where will you be working?

In this role, you will work closely with fellow Team Leaders and Depot Management while leading a team of operational employees. You will work in a continuous shift pattern and occasionally be required to work alongside your team during different shifts. During the recruitment process, we will discuss which shifts best suit your situation. Our shifts are:

• 00:00 - 08:30 (Inbound)

• 07:00 - 15:30 (Day Shift)

• 13:00 - 21:30 (Outbound)

In addition, you are willing to work occasional Saturdays when required by the operation.

What will you do?

• Lead, coach, and develop employees.

• Coordinate daily logistics operations.

• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity.

• Drive KPI performance and operational results.

• Identify and implement process improvements.

• Conduct performance, appraisal, and absence-related discussions.

• Ensure optimal staffing levels.

What do we offer you?

• A salary between € 2,931.25 and € 4,187.50 gross per month depending on knowledge and experience.

• A position of 38.75 hours per week.

• A favorable shift work allowance when applicable.

  • 30% between 20:00 and 24:00.

  • 45% between 00:00 and 06:00.

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • 100% on public holidays.

What do you bring?

• MBO+/HBO level of education.

• Experience as a team leader, supervisor, or coordinator.

• Logistics or operational experience.

• Good command of the English language.

• Willingness to work in irregular shifts.

• Strong communication skills.

• A coaching and results-oriented attitude.
