Logistics Team Leader

As a logistics team leader, you are the connecting link between employees and management. You ensure that the operation runs smoothly and that colleagues bring out the best in themselves every day.

What will you do?

You work in a full-time schedule where you occasionally have to join the shifts. During an introduction, we will discuss which shifts best suit your situation. Our shifts are:

• 00:00 - 08:30 (Inbound)

• 07:00 - 15:30 (Day shift)

• 13:00 - 21:30 (Outbound)

Additionally, you are willing to work occasionally on Saturdays if the operation requires it. You provide daily leadership to a team of operational employees and work together with colleague team leads and depot management.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coaching employees on the work floor.

• Coordinating the daily logistics operation.

• Monitoring quality, safety, and productivity.

• Driving KPIs and operational results.

• Identifying and implementing improvements.

• Conducting absenteeism, progress, and performance appraisal interviews.

• Ensuring optimal staffing levels.

What do we offer you?

• A salary between € 2,931.25 and € 4,187.50 gross per month depending on knowledge and experience.

• A position of 38.75 hours per week.

• A favorable shift work allowance when applicable.

  • 30% between 20:00 and 24:00.

  • 45% between 00:00 and 06:00.

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • 100% on public holidays.

What do you bring?

• MBO+/HBO level of education.

• Experience as a team leader, supervisor, or coordinator.

• Logistics or operational experience.

• Good command of the English language.

• Willingness to work in irregular shifts.

• Strong communication skills.

• A coaching and results-oriented attitude.
