What will you be doing?

You will work in a full-time schedule. During an introduction, we will discuss which shifts suit you best. Examples of shifts are:

• 00:00 - 08:30 (Inbound)

• 23:00 - 07:30 (Inbound)

• 07:00 - 15:30 (Day shift)

• 14:00 - 22:30 (Outbound/Support)

• 14:30 - 23:00 (Outbound)

• 16:00 - 00:30 (Shop2Shop)

Additionally, you are willing to work on Saturdays occasionally if the operation requires it. You will lead a team of operational employees daily and work together with colleague team leads and depot management.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coaching employees on the work floor.

• Coordinating the daily logistics operation.

• Monitoring quality, safety, and productivity.

• Driving KPIs and operational results.

• Identifying and implementing improvements.

• Conducting absenteeism, progress, and performance appraisal interviews.

• Ensuring optimal staffing levels.

What do we offer you?

• A salary between €2,931.25 and €4,187.50 gross per month depending on knowledge and experience.

• A position of 38.75 hours per week.

• A favorable ORT scheme where applicable.

  • 30% between 20:00 and 24:00.

  • 45% between 00:00 and 06:00.

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • 100% on public holidays.

What do you bring?

• MBO+/HBO level of education.

• Experience as a team leader, supervisor, or coordinator.

• Logistics or operational experience.

• Good command of the English language.

• Willingness to work in irregular shifts.

• Strong communication skills.

• A coaching and results-oriented attitude.
