Senior Operations Employee

Do you enjoy working in logistics and getting your hands dirty? Then we are looking for you as a (Senior) Employee Operations in Veenendaal. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that thousands of packages arrive on time and in the right place every day. You work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, safety, and quality are key.

Where will you be working?

You are part of a dedicated team within our depot in Veenendaal. Together, you ensure that all packages are processed timely and accurately. You work in rotating shifts:

• 03:00 - 11:30

• 11:30 - 20:00

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Employee Operations, you will guide (new) colleagues on the work floor and support team leaders in daily operations.

• Loading and unloading packages.

• Sorting, scanning, and processing shipments.

• Checking labels and identifying deviations.

• Ensuring a safe and tidy workspace.

• Collaborating with colleagues and drivers.

• Guiding (new) colleagues and answering questions.

What do we offer you?

• A salary between € 2,501.82 and € 3,574.03 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

• A position of 38.75 (1 fte) hours per week.

• Favorable ORT (irregularity allowance)

  • 30% between 20:00 and 24:00;

  • 45% between 00:00 and 06:00;

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays;

  • 100% on public holidays;
