As a senior employee operations in Vijfhuizen, you are a key player within our 24/7 operation. You will work with colleagues from inbound, outbound, and sorting to ensure that thousands of packages reach their destination on time every day. Keep reading to find out if this job is right for you.

What will you be doing?

A typical workday involves coordinating, checking, and supporting operational processes within the depot. Your tasks will include:

• Supervising, guiding, and supporting operational colleagues on the work floor.

• Checking package flows and monitoring quality and productivity.

• Identifying and resolving deviations within operational processes.

• Processing administrative data and operational analyses.

• Training and guiding new colleagues.

• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

• Acting as a resource for colleagues, drivers, and external partners.

Additionally, you will often take on a coordinating role and support the team leader operations when needed.

You will be part of an enthusiastic operational team of employees, senior employees, and team leaders. Together, you will process thousands of packages daily, ensuring our customers can rely on fast and reliable delivery. We operate 24/7 with different shifts. During an introduction, we will discuss which working hours suit you best.

• 00:00 - 08:30 (Inbound)

• 23:00 - 07:30 (Inbound)

• 07:00 - 15:30 (Day shift)

• 14:00 - 22:30 (Outbound / Support)

• 14:30 - 23:00 (Outbound)

• 16:00 - 00:30 (Shop2Shop)

What do we offer you?

• A salary between € 2,517.12 and € 3,574.03 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

• A position of 38.75 (1 fte) hours per week.

• Favorable ORT (irregularity allowance)

  • 30% between 20:00 and 24:00;

  • 45% between 00:00 and 06:00;

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays;

  • 100% on public holidays;

What do you bring?

• Minimum VMBO-GL/TL/LBO level of education.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant logistics or operational work experience.

• Good command of the English language is required. Proficiency in the Dutch language is a plus.

• Experience with logistics processes, warehouse work, or package processing.

• Ability to supervise and guide colleagues on the work floor.

• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.

• Willingness to work in various shifts within a 24/7 operation.
