As a senior employee operations in Beverwijk, you play an important role in our daily operations. You ensure that processes run smoothly, colleagues know what is expected of them, and packages are processed on time. Read on to discover if this job is right for you.

What will you be doing?

You ensure that the daily operation runs efficiently, safely, and according to plan.

Your tasks include:

• Coordinating operational activities on the work floor.

• Loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting packages.

• Checking labels, documents, and package flows.

• Investigating and resolving operational deviations.

• Guiding and training new colleagues.

• Monitoring quality, safety, and productivity.

• Supporting the team leader operations in daily management.

Thanks to your experience, you quickly adjust when processes deviate and ensure that the operation keeps running.

You work together with operators, senior employees, drivers, and team leaders. As an experienced colleague, you are visibly present on the work floor and actively contribute to the team's performance. In Beverwijk, we work in different shifts. During an introduction, we will discuss together which options best suit your situation.

• 00:00 - 08:30 (Inbound)

• 07:00 - 15:30 (Day shift)

• 13:00 - 21:30 (Outbound)

What do we offer you?

• A salary between € 2,517.12 and € 3,574.03 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

• A position of 38.75 (1 fte) hours per week.

• A favorable ORT (irregularity allowance)

  • 30% between 20:00 and 24:00;

  • 45% between 00:00 and 06:00;

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays;

  • 100% on public holidays;

• 28 vacation days (+ option to buy more) and travel allowance.

What do you bring?

• Minimum VMBO-GL/TL/LBO level of education.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or operational environment.

• Good command of the English language is required. Proficiency in the Dutch language is a plus.

• Experience with operational processes and quality control.

• A coaching and collegial attitude.

• Resilience and the ability to keep an overview.

• Willingness to work in varying shifts within our operation.
