Logistics Team Leader Veenendaal

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the warehouse floor? Do you know how to motivate employees and keep logistics operations running smoothly? Then we are looking for you as a Logistics Team Leader in Veenendaal. As a Logistics Team Leader, you will lead an operational team on a daily basis. You will drive quality, safety, and performance, coach employees, and ensure operations run efficiently.

Where will you be working?

You will work closely with fellow Team Leaders and the Operations Manager. Together, you will ensure that thousands of parcels are processed safely and on time every day. You will work a fixed rotating schedule:

• 03:00 - 11:30

• 11:30 - 20:00

What will you do?

• Lead, coach, and develop employees.

• Manage daily logistics operations.

• Drive KPI performance, quality, safety, and productivity.

• Identify bottlenecks and improve operational performance.

• Initiate and implement process improvements.

• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments.

What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary between €2,931.25 and €4,187.50, depending on your knowledge and experience.

• A full-time position of 38.75 hours per week.

• Attractive shift allowances:

  • 30% between 20:00 and 00:00

  • 45% between 00:00 and 06:00

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays

  • 100% on public holidays

What do you bring?

• MBO+ or bachelor's level working and thinking ability.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Experience in logistics, transport, or a production environment.

• A results-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs.

• Strong communication and coaching skills.

• The ability to identify and implement process improvements.

• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
