Do you enjoy working in logistics and taking the lead when needed? Then we are looking for you as a Senior Employee Operations in Vijfhuizen. You will actively work on the warehouse floor, support and guide colleagues, and help ensure our operation runs safely and efficiently. Together, you will make sure that thousands of parcels are processed on time every day.

Where will you be working?

You will work in a dynamic logistics environment and be part of a team of operational employees, senior employees, and team leaders. Within our 24/7 operation, you will work a continuous shift schedule. During the recruitment process, we will discuss which shifts best suit your situation. Examples of shifts include:

• 00:00 - 08:30 (Inbound)

• 23:00 - 07:30 (Inbound)

• 07:00 - 15:30 (Day Shift)

• 14:00 - 22:30 (Outbound / Support)

• 14:30 - 23:00 (Outbound)

• 16:00 - 00:30 (Shop2Shop)

What will you do?

As a Senior Employee Operations, you will guide colleagues on the warehouse floor and support the Teamleader Operations in the daily operation.

• Support and guide colleagues.

• Monitor progress, quality, and safety.

• Identify and resolve operational issues.

• Train and onboard new colleagues.

• Act as a point of contact for colleagues and drivers.

• Support or replace the Teamleader Operations when needed.

What do we offer you?

• A salary between € 2,517.12 and € 3,574.03 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

• A position of 38.75 (1 fte) hours per week.

• Favorable ORT (irregularity allowance)

  • 30% between 20:00 and 24:00;

  • 45% between 00:00 and 06:00;

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays;

  • 100% on public holidays;
