Senior employee operations

Do you enjoy working in logistics and taking the lead when needed? Then we are looking for you as a Senior Employee Operations in Beverwijk. You will work on the warehouse floor, support colleagues, and help ensure parcels are processed safely and on time.

Where will you be working?

You will work in a logistics environment that operates 24/7. Together with your colleagues, you will help keep the operation running smoothly.

• 00:00 - 08:30 (Inbound)

• 07:00 - 15:30 (Day Shift)

• 13:00 - 21:30 (Outbound)

What will you do?

• Load, unload, sort, and scan parcels.

• Support and guide colleagues.

• Monitor quality, safety, and operational progress.

• Identify and resolve operational issues.

• Train and onboard new colleagues.

• Support the Teamleader Operations.

What do we offer you?

• A salary between € 2,517.12 and € 3,574.03 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

• A position of 38.75 (1 fte) hours per week.

• A favorable ORT (irregularity allowance)

  • 30% between 20:00 and 24:00;

  • 45% between 00:00 and 06:00;

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays;

  • 100% on public holidays;

What do you bring?

• Secondary vocational education level (VMBO) or equivalent.

• Experience in logistics or operations.

• Good command of the English language.

• A proactive and responsible attitude.

• Experience guiding or supporting colleagues.

• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
