Employee Operations

Als Employee Operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct laden, lossen, scannen en sorteren van binnenkomende en uitgaande pakketten. Dit doe je volgens de werk- en veiligheidsinstructies, kwaliteitsnormen en depotrichtlijnen. Jij zorgt hiermee voor een efficiënte en tijdige verwerking van de pakketten van onze klanten. 

Je taken:

• Scannen, routen en labelen van binnenkomende pakketten;
• Corrigerende actie nemen bij afwijkende situaties;
• Op een juiste en efficiënte wijze laden en lossen van in- en uitgaande pakketten;
• Pakketten plaatsen in het juiste routevak, zodat de chauffeurs tijdig hun routes kunnen samenstellen; 
• Sorteren van binnenkomende pakketten en controleren/bijstellen van de juistheid van de labels.

Je doet dit in wisselende diensten, samen met je team, en rapporteert aan de teamleider operations. Onze diensten zijn van maandag t/m vrijdag van 14.00 uur tot 22.30 uur of van 22.30 uur tot 07.00 uur en ook op zondag van 22.30 uur tot 7.00 uur

Jij houdt van aanpakken en bent een echte doorzetter. Daarnaast ben je flexibel, betrouwbaar en collegiaal.

• heb je VMBO werk- en denkniveau;
• Ben je in staat om in wisselende diensten te werken: onze diensten zijn van maandag t/m vrijdag van 14.00 uur tot 22.30 uur of van 22.30 uur tot 07.00 uur en ook op zondag van 22.30 uur tot 7.00 uur.

En als grootste pakketverzender van Europa verzenden we vrijwel alle landen in de wereld, waarbij we binnen Europa de pakketten verzenden vanuit het eigen netwerk en depots. Daardoor kunnen wij een unieke performance leveren. We bereiken vanaf Eindhoven zelfs in één dag 700 kilometer!

DPD Nederland heeft 12 vestigingen en ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Oirschot. Iedere dag zetten onze medewerkers zich in om de klantbelofte waar te maken. Job description

As Employee Operations, you are responsible for the correct loading, unloading, scanning and sorting of incoming and outgoing packages. You will do this according to the work and safety instructions, quality standards and depot guidelines. Moreover, you ensure efficient and timely processing of our customers' packages.

Your tasks:

• Scanning, routing and labeling of incoming packages;
• Taking corrective action in deviating situations;
• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing packages correctly and efficiently;
• Placing packages in the correct route section, allowing drivers to assemble their routes on time;
• Sorting incoming packages and checking/adjusting the correctness of the labels.

You do this in varying shifts, together with your team, and report to the operations team leader. Our services are Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm or from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am and also on Sundays from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.

You like to work hard and are a real go-getter. In addition, you are flexible, reliable and collegial.

In addition:

• You have a lower vocational education (VMBO) working and thinking level;
• You are able to work alternating shifts: our shifts are from Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm or from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am and also on Sunday from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.
